Choose your own adventure story

Topic: Totally Different Twins.

Main Characters: Samuel and Sophia Twintch.

Title: Twintch Twins.

Authors: Autumn Roberts & Chelsi Harris.

One day two twins were born named Samuel and Sophia Twintch. They looked nothing alike. Sophia looked like her mother, and Samuel looked like his father. After three days, the parents were able to take them home, and live a great life together. 2 years later, it was totally different... The parents got into a big argument and the twins got separated. Sophia lived with her dad, and Samuel lived with his mother.

Being separated so long, they didn't have anything in common. Samuel was getting bad grades, disrespecting his mother, and stealing. Sophia one the other hand was the good twin. She was getting straight A's, obeying her father, and does community service. The twins did not see each since they were 2, but that all was about to change. Sophia was on her way to ballet practice when she noticed that she forgot her ballet shoes. She raced back to get them. As she walked outside, a strong breeze blew and the ribbon blew off the shoe and flew across the street. As she went to go collect it, her hand touched another hand that was getting the ribbon for her. They looked at each other.
A: They talk briefly before she goes to practice.

Choice A

It was her brother, she just didn't know it. "Hi" said Sophia. " Hi, I'm Samuel. Do you need help or do you have it?" " No thank you, I have it." She noticed that Samuel kind of looked like his mother. He started to walk away. " Hey, Come back here! I need to ask you something. Stop running, " but it was too late. He had Frolicked around the corner to 14th street. She noticed something... Her ballet building was on 14th street so maybe she would see him walking around. She continued on her way to practice. As she was walking she stepped on a piece of paper. It was a picture of her mother! She said to herself..." Why is a picture of my mother in the street? Certainly I did not drop it...Oh well." She picked up the picture and ran on to practice. When practice was over she was supposed to meet her dad at the pizza parlor. Then she caught a glance of the boy she had seen earlier. She ran over to him to ask him questions but before she could say anything he spoke..." Hey... Have you seen a picture of a lady with black hair and a white dress on? I really need that picture, it is important." She handed him the picture. " Why do you have a picture of my mother?" She asked. "That is your mother". " Yes. Look I have a picture of my father that they took together. Here..." Samuel snatched the picture from her. "Oh my god!. That is my father!" "That means... me and you... are... brother and sister!? Wow I thought I had a brother... I just didn't know it was you! AW... Give me a hug." She hugged her brother and they both walked off to the pizza parlor. When they walked in the store, It was packed with lots of hungry pizza lovers. Then she spotted her father who had just gobbled up the last piece of his pizza slice. Samuel was slipping mints into his pocket. There were about 20 of them. I turned away and walked over to her dad. " Hey dad. Look who I ran into..." She turned to look for her brother. He was at a table stealing bread. " Hey Sam, come. Lets go get dad" "Ok" " Hey! Sammy. Come here boy!!!" " Hey dad. How have you been." " Fine." Hey lets go to the mall and spend some more time together... all three of us."

B: Go to the mall with dad and catch up on what's new.

Choice B

When they walked into the Mall , the fresh scent of new clothes and baked cinnamon rolls filled the air. They walked into the food court and sat by the table the closest to the food stores. Samuel had walked over to the Chinese place and started putting sugars and ketchup in his pocket. Sophia pulled out $10, and walked over to the salad bar. Their father went to the McDonald' s. After everyone got their food they went over to the table to eat. " So Samuel, how's your mother?" " She's alright, I guess. But she is always telling me how she misses you and how she regrets leaving you and blah blah blah and so forth. And she is saying how I remind her of you. It's all a bunch of poo." " Yeah but don't you ever wonder if she really is rethinking the whole situation, dad? I mean think about it... every time she thinks about you she probably crys because she misses you. Come on, give her another chance. Don't you love her?" The dad pulled out his cell phone and called the mother. After the conversation, he hung up. The kids waiting desperately. "So... What did she say?" "She said...Yes!!!!!!!!" After they celebrated they walked up to the mothers house to find out that she wasn't there. On the couch lay a note. " Don't come looking for me. I'm somewhere taking care of some unfinished work. Or am I?" "Come on. Let's go and look for her." They left the house and drove off to find their mother.

The end?

Lesson Reflection: Google serach

• How will you use the tools you've learned about?

• Google search for your other classes?

• Which tool (similar words, number ranges, conversions etc) do you believe you will use the most? Why?

• Which tool do you believe you will use the least? Why?

1. I will use the tools I learned about when I have homework, classwork, projects,or maybe even at home when I am looking something up for school or outside of school, especially the minus sign (-) to eliminate things I do not want in my search.

2.I will use Google Search for any other classes for research, homework, or something used for study.

3.I believe I will use the minus sign, page link, and math answers because that way if I'm at the computer with my homework or project, I can use any of those three, and maybe the other ones.

4.I will use the Multiple words the least because I really don't look up the vacation spots, my mother does, and so, I really don't find it necessary for me to use that tool. That is basically for looking up vacationing spots and I don't pay for the trips.
